About OGMA

Ondo State gospel music awards is created with the objective of honoring gospel artistes based in Ondo State for their hard work and achievement in the Gospel Music Industry in the State.

This is born out of the passion to see gospel music in Ondo State grow so much that it compare side by side with what is obtainable in other states including Lagos.

We have discovered that there have been migration from the church to the ”circular” In search for fame and money, making them deviate from there foundation.

This award also recognize and encourage the contributions of Gospel Music Entrepreneurs In a way to improve their businesses and largely expand the economy in the State. The primary objective of this award is to put Gospel Music in Ondo State on the MAP.

(OGMA) will try her best to promote the gospel music industry in unity.

OGMA CALENDAR 2025 EDITION

The submission period for the 5th Edition of the Ondo State Gospel Music Awards (OGMA) is now open!

Nomination Criteria:
– To qualify for nomination, materials must have been released between December 2023 and November 2024

Nomination Process
– Nominations must be submitted via the OGMA website: www.ogma.com.ng
– Submission period: December 1 – December 31, 2024

Order of Event

The OGMA journey begins with nominations (Dec 1–31), the nomination list release (Feb 1), voting and host unveiling (Mar 1–31), and concludes with the grand awards night on Sunday, April 27th.
